Born in East LA, Javier Hernandez is a comic book creator who has published under his own imprint, Los Comex, since 1998. He’s the writer and artist behind Man-Swamp, Weapon Tex-Mex and his best known creation, El Muerto. In 1995 El Muerto was adapted into an award-winning film starring Wilmer Valderrama, for which Javier served as Associate Producer.
