Daniel Chacon

Daniel Chacón is the author of the novel And the Shadows Took Him, as well as two collections of stories, Chicano Chicanery and Unending Rooms, which won the Hudson Prize in 2007. He’s co-editor of The Last Supper of Chicano Heroes: The Selected Work of José Antonio Burciaga, which won the American Book Award in 2009. His works have appeared in such anthologies as Latinos in Lotusland, Highway 99, Sudden Latino Fiction, Lingua Fresca: Latinos Writing on The Edge, and The Best Erotic Writing in Latin American Fiction.
